Does eating mushrooms cause skin breakouts?

I had hormonal cystic acne , which came every 2–3 days . Two months back I had started taking mushroom complex , and I had removed dairy from my diet 3 months back. So my acne is very much in control and the skin redness is gone . I usually had more acne before periods and during ovulation , but since two months the acne which even shows are small and are usually on surface (unlike cystic) .
So overall I think the mushroom complex has helped reduce my acne.
Usually people eat button mushrooms. So I cannot say much about that. I supplement which I consume has lion’s mane , cordecyps , reishi , shitake , turkey tail , chaga and tremella (total 250 mg a day) .
